Blizzard Hands is a power that describes bakers who have naturally unusually cold hands. This is initially described as a rare ability possessed by Yukino Azusagawa , the evil and deplorable half-sister of Tsukino Azusagawa .
Blizzard Hands assist in making pastries such as tarts.
It is not known if any other bakers possess Blizzard Hands aside from Yukino. Though, it is implied that the distribution would be roughly the same as Solar Hands.
The existence of Blizzard Gauntlets are also unknown, though it may be possible.
