The Gordon Blue is a store that was run by Golden Papa. Later Meister and Sophie took it over. It is located in Paris nearby Maison Kayser. Initially, it wasn't selling very well.
This is the location that Kazuma, Kyouske and Suwabara go to train prior to competing in the Cup.

Gordon Blue was a training area for Team Japan prior to competing in Monaco Cup, guided by Sophie Kirisaki to show the baking techniques and quality different from Japan. Kai Suwabara, however, demanded to know why Gordon Blue didn't get enough customers since it wouldn't be suitable for them to train in such ghost shop with someone unmatched with another having way more customers. Sophie willingly revealed that she had a heated rival: Maison Kayser, the main branch of the most popular bakery franchise in France, happened to be on the other side of street. Kazuma and Kawachi had a reminiscence of their experience with across-the-street bakery rival of Pantasia Southern Tokyo Branch.
After Team Japan won against Kayser Brothers of Team France in semi-finals, Sophie happily mentioned that their victory had boosted the number of Gordon Blue customers and sales. She gratefully rewarded them a feast at the fancy restaurant for saving her baking business. It was implied that Maison Kaiser had been suffering the decreased number of customers after the home team's bitter loss.
