Sadamichi Azusagawa is the father of Tsukino, her older sister Yukino and their younger sister Mizuno who hangs out with Panda.
History
He initially had a daughter with Yukino's mother whom he was married to, before having an affair with Tsukino's mother, and then having a second daughter Mizuno with his wife.
He was initially training to become a baker, but his dream of baking died with Tsukino's mom and he instead became a businessman, becoming president of the Azusagawa Grand Hotels.
He appears to favour Mizuno, as he recommended her to be the successor to grandfather Azusagawa.
