St. Pierre is Pantasia's rivalry baker chain in the Yakitate!! Japan series. It was originally a small bakery store owned by Yuuichi Kirisaki, until he eventually became a power-hungry after founding the "Gopan" where its success grew the business exponentially across international markets.
