Yakitate!! Ja-pan (焼きたて!! ジャぱん, lit. "Freshly Baked!! Ja-pan", the "pan" also meaning "bread" in Japanese) is the TV anime series adaptation based on the |manga of the same name by Takashi Hashiguchi. It was directed by Yasunao Aoki and produced by Sunrise and broadcasted on TV Tokyo for consists of 69 episodes.
